Responsibilities included creating BIM execution plans for the team, creating the bid specifications for BIM deliverables, developing and managing point cloud laser scanning, running the construction MEP-FP coordination process, and supporting the team during construction.

BENJYEHUDA RESTAURANT
AG Design Works was responsible for creating the base-building BIM models from 2D drawings and site surveys. A point cloud was created of the existing space to support coordination.

REVOLUTION BREWING FACILITY
AG Design Works created the existing building in BIM using site surveys. We were then responsible for all MEP-FP coordination of services and brewing equipment.
