BIM Coordinator

AG Design Works provided BIM project coordination consulting on Skender Construction’s DeVry Chicago Campus Building Project. AG Design Works has led their BIM coordination process on several projects, as well as providing BIM modeling for presentation and pre-construction efforts. As the BIM Coordinator, we have managed the composite Navisworks models, run clash detection processes, and created additional BIM content using Revit to support the construction model.

DEVRY CHICAGO CAMPUS BUILDING

We developed the project BIM Execution plan, supported the subcontractor bid process with detailed BIM requirements, and led the MEP-FP coordination process thru Navisworks prior to construction.
