BIM Implementation and Training

AG Design Works developed a 4 part implementation strategy for BIM tools which included: Definition and Assessment, Development and Planning , Pilot Project Introduction, and Production. We researched and analyzed Studio Gang’s current situation related to project process, workflow, software capabilities and IT infrastructure in order to develop a basis for a BIM implementation strategy. This project is on-going, so check back for project images and examples.

Graphic courtesy of SGA. First BIM-based project for SGA – started on Revit 2011. AG Design Works trained the team in Revit, created office standards and best practices, and mentored the team throughout the design development process and into construction coordination.
